I offer my life

Just got news about some reshuffling in the zone, and I have to make a decision to choose whether or not I want to move to a certain cell group. This may be normal to many people, but not me. I've been with the same leader for 6 years and I certainly got use to it. Maybe it's because of this famililarity that caused me to have a lot of trouble wanting to go to any other cell groups, so I looked to the Lord in prayer. Went through the songs and found this.

And that’s what we give to You Lord

This song really ministered to me at this point of time, to me a life that is not lived for God is a life wasted. I'm not a perfect person who is holy and sanctified all the time, but by the grace and the mercy of God, He has made me righteous. Whatever is His will for me I will go, regardless of my fears and doubts, insecurities and experiences, because faith is stepping out in spite of all these.

Being a guitarist is not easy, you have to submit to leaders who are musically different from you, yet this is what a cell group guitarist should do. It is through the humbling of oneself that promotion will come. So it is only right for us to face each and every leader with the same attitude and spirit. If we are not right in our spirit we are short changing the people who are coming for each and every cell group meeting for a touch of God in their lives. We just take up the guitar and think that this is a performance, thereby turning the entire meeting into a concert. Anointing only comes through sacrifice. What have you sacrificed for the anointing?
