Thank God for the revelations these past few days. God and timing brought me to the crucial moments where the process of discipleship took place, and I was convicted. Things changed, perspective change. I've found the joy when I'm in God. Praise Him.

Cell group reunion was this week. We took some time to prepare the food but it was fun. I didn't know Clarissa and Sophia were so hardworking in the kitchen, and they did a very good job too. We had lots of food and we couldn't finish. So we end up having to pour some away, and our great popcorn experiment went horribly wrong. We experiment with different kinds of cooking, the sugar for the popcorn and etc. In the end, they ended up at the feet of a sore-throated Marc who was busy pushing them away a few moments ago. It was fun serving and fellowshipping with the members. Congrats to those who got attached officially today.

There was a soccer match after that, and it started raining heavily, but we continued playing. The BBG wanted a second leg and they got it, they even won 2-0. It was not a very good soccer match for me, but well, today may be sunday, but not every is sunday. I enjoyed the game, mostly because of the rain. When was the last time you actually got soaked to the bones in a downpour and enjoying every moment of it?

Everyday is a lesson from the Lord, He uses the things in this world to help us understand Him even better. Pastor just concluded his message on pop culture, and underneath it all, it is the passion to understand the language of the world, so we can reach out to them. There's so many things to explore behind this serie that I have not fully comprehend and thus will not blog about it yet, but I believe that everyone who has heard the word has been changed to a certain extent in our perception towards the cultures that we live in and come from.
