Jamming

We finally met up to go jamming today. Jon and Joshua were like playing their 'progressive music'. Well I guess there are many more things I have to catch up with them. No more normal accoustic player. It's time to move on.
Jamming always have a soothing effect on me. Makes me relaxed even though the music is blasting loud. At least you have a control over the flow of the music, unlike life, where you are not able to know what external events may affect you today.

I have a question. Is it right for someone to publicly express his or her feelings without getting irrelevant feedbacks from people in their blog, or should they publish their blog entries in private to avoid conflict?

I do feel that sometimes whatever we write are meant to be read by the person/persons involved, and the public in general to tell them how we actually feel about a certain situation in our lives.
There will always be good and bad and the insensitive comments, and often they affect us more than the events do. Sometimes, the world will go a bit happier if we just encourage each other more instead of just preaching about what is the right way to deal with the situation.
Sometimes we already know what to do, but want to thrash things through our way of doing so, and that is blogging.
Is it alright to spill our guts out in a public place?
But oh wells, if we have to do it, we have to expect that not everybody agrees with us, and would like to voice their povs as well.
RIGHT?
So I think the best solution is to keep the blog a private one and then allow only those you want to view it.
And thus it beats the idea of blogging in the first place.
It's turing into an internet quandry.
I think the other solution is to keep doing what you are doing and deal with the comments as they come.

With regards to the above, just a random thought.

To Dearest Sophia

It's so easy to get discouraged and downtrodden
when the closest people around you
choose to look to their own wants more than what you need
They want to see you this way and that way
but you see yourself as you.

Friends always come and go
those few who stay are the ones
who choose to say
friends forever not by their words
but by their actions
to stick through life's problems and joys
even though they have to tolerate certain things you do

Everyone has an attitude regarding something
from the tall and mighty
to the low and weak
they may choose to adopt certain attitudes
with their selfish desires
even though their hearts and minds says no
what really matters is that you can learn
to finally forgive and forget
just like the word 'Manasseh'
and we need God for that.

Relationships are build on faith, hope and love
and as humans we do fail
so we need a generous dose of the double Fs
to keep it going on

Sometimes one will think that silence is better for two
but never know what the other thinks
I believe that we can learn
to be more tolerant to the silence
until the day finally comes
when we can speak our minds openly

I thought to myself on the bus today
I knew a lot about you
but I realize a little while later
No I don't
what I know about you is but a drop in the ocean.
There is so much more to learn.

with the love and care
yours truly
Joshua.
